Awwwww!

Thanks to our good friends Maureen and Andres who gave us the book "What to Expect in the First Year". It's our new bedtime reading...and Bill looks just too cute in those glasses.

  2. Just found your blog and have enjoyed back-reading so far! I am a gestational surrogate for 2 wonderful IF's in Spain and we are very close - I'm 13 weeks today. Congratulations!

  4. I have that book too, BUT I am a little sick of the breast feeding is best mantra throughout it. Otherwise, love it!

  6. Read only one book, because once you read a second one about baby care you'll find they contradict each other! And frankly, your parental instinct will kick in and most times you'll know what's right!

  7. I have that book too but I agree with Todd; I read the first 20 pages and then that was it. Every person/parent is different and I learn best by doing!

  8. Like Mike and Tony commented, Baby 411...good short/immediate reference. We used it a lot. It's written in plain english, e.g., it's easy to understand and gets to the point.

  9. Hey, thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I'm so glad I found your site. I love hearing from other gay dads (or gay dads-to-be).

Congrats to you on your incredible news. I've added you to my google reader. Can't wait to read your whole story. Best wishes!
