Low Betas

Well we had super low betas that should have been near 1,000 and they were only 89 and 79, and declining. Our surro was told she had a blighted ovum, which I've read is a very common reason for miscarriage in early pregnancy. We have to wait a little over a month before trying again. Ugh...onward!

    Gosh so sorry guys. I'm no doc, but some of the TTC lesbian blogs talk about clomid helping with an extra egg or so in natural cycles?
    No idea, just sad bc it's crap that this didn't work out.

    So sorry to hear this, was really thinking about you both and positive news....we had the same thing happen on our 2nd attempt, numbers rose to about 1000 but very slowly but then a blighted ovum too.....never give up!! it took 4 attempts, 1 miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 negative and finally a positive! I know you'll probably here tons of people say don't give up but really don't! you will have your baby soon. Thinking of you both x

    Ugh x 100! I can only imagine how frustrating this new setback must feel.
    I truly wish there was a wand to be waved and all this process crap was minimized and you could skip over all the heartbreak and get on with the successful cycle...which will come!
    Sorry...but only for now!
