I miss this little pumpkin all day long at work...

She's growing and learning and changing every day. 

Her newest trick is trying to sit up, among other things.

Cuteness Level Skyrocketing

So yes, lots of activity over the past few weeks. We're on a cuteness level so high I'm not sure I can withhold all the love that's been pent up inside of me for the past many, many years...and then not bombard this little love bug with it (but I am extremely biased).  I swear she is going to think my face looks like the Apple logo because I'm constantly putting my phone up to take a shot of her incredibly overwhelming adorableNESS!!  It's a sickness, I know....apologies for over-promoting her, but you can't deny it.  WE SOOOOO LOVE THIS CHILD!!

She likes to sit in the back yard with Bill and check out the progress of the backyard bungalow. I swear she's going to pick up a hammer and saw and build her own home after following Daddy Bill around. Trips to Home Depot and Lowes are very much a part of the daily routine.

Ok, so Papa Doug dressed me in this really cute bikini and I'm thinking about going to the beach today....but don't be so sure I'm ready to be dunked in the ocean. Stay tuned...

Babies Sleeping

Today it dawned on me, as Bill was working in the back yard, that both of our babies were sleeping. Chloe in our bed (I know, I know, we shouldn't allow her in our bed...but she's a very good bed mate), and Cristina in her bed.

It made me realize how lucky we are to have such a good fur baby AND baby in our lives.

The Many Faces of Cristina

Less than two weeks shy of 4 months old and we have a little character on our hands. 

Loving every minute of it...

85 days, 3 months, 47 years

Today is the 85th day Cristina has been with us. She's technically 3 months old. She's an infant, not our newborn girl anymore, and the changes are happening so fast it's a bit overwhelming. I leave for work in the morning and by the time I get home she's just a little bit different. Babies are so amazing. Here's a slightly boastful list of what's been happening in Cristina World:

1.  No more neck bobbles - that means rides in the Baby Bjorn are much more interesting because she no longer has to face in and can face forward.

2.  She's getting out a lot...

We spent last weekend on Kauai to go to Cristina's godmother's wedding.

Note to self: when packing, remember to the put the bloomers on the bottom so TSA doesn't think you're a pervert

3. She's getting a lot of visitors...

The "GUNKLES" Scott and Marco visited from LA, and we had a nice day at the Elks Club with Cara and Eric, too.

4.  She's sleeping a lot -- sometimes from 11 pm to 8 am. How lucky is that???  The trick??? NO FRIGGIN' IDEA!

We call these LUAU FEET in Hawaii. 

But she's hoping to fit in to her new pink Havaiianas from her new uncle Joao in Brazil, soon!
